CashFlow Leasing has a wide portfolio of lenders which allows us to offer leasing on most assets required for limited companies.

Our core business is around the property industry including Furniture and fixing for Service Accommodation, House of Multiple Occupation and Commercial property, we work closely with our clients to ensure the finance solution is supported by the deal requiring the asset. A Little History


Our Story

Cash Flow leasing is the trading arm of Owl Options and Investments Ltd Company no 10293902. Owl was formed as part of James Vince and Claire Saunders own personal investment strategy which has developed over the past years.

As we are keen property investors with a passion for turning houses into homes, supporting other investors in the same goals seems like a natural cause for the skills we have gained and developed.

During the pandemic, we decided to further our knowledge and retrained as mortgage brokers, so we can understand finance even more. As we have grown, we can now help with mortgages, insurance and protection.

This gives us more knowledge when advising on the best leasing options for your company and enables us to provide a holistic approach to property investment.
